The Mountaineering Alliance of the Republic of Srpska ("the Alliance") respects the privacy of its members and visitors. This policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purpose and on what legal basis we process it, and what your rights are, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide when joining and using the application: name, date of birth, contact details (e-mail, phone, address), membership and club data, membership card number, and membership-fee payment records, together with basic technical data required for the application to work.
3. Purpose of processing
We process data to maintain membership records, issue membership cards, calculate and collect fees, inform members about activities and events, and meet the legal obligations of the alliance and clubs.
4. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your membership, your consent where applicable, and to meet the controller's legal obligations.
5. Sharing of data
We share your data only with the mountaineering club you belong to and, where required by law, with the competent authorities. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
6. Data retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and within statutory retention periods, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and object to the processing of your data. You may file a data-deletion request using the form on this page. Deletion is preceded by identity verification.
8. Account deletion
If you use the mobile application, you may delete your account directly from it. Deleting the account disables login and notifies your club that your membership has ended. Some data may be retained within statutory periods.
